We are looking to appoint an OD Consultant to join our OD, Culture & Inclusion team, you will have specific experience in leadership, culture and EDI. You will be driven, enthusiastic, a people person and enjoy a challenge and be committed to improving organisational culture and leadership capability.

With a wide OD portfolio, you will contribute to the delivery of the Trust’s Culture Improvement agenda, Leadership & Management Programmes, OD Consultancy and lead on aligned initiatives to continually improve organisational culture and leadership capability.

As an OD Consultant you will play an integral role in supporting inclusion and belonging for all (ensuring EDI is embedded into everything we do) and by providing advice and support to our divisions, senior leaders, teams to enable cultural change.

**To be successful in this role you must**:

- have an interest in organisational culture, developing leaders and improving staff experience
- be a confident and engaging communicator, with the ability to influence and deal with challenge appropriately
- be confident in stakeholder engagement, presenting and facilitating
- be flexible and able to adapt to changing demands
- have a desire and commitment to your own continuous professional development

A high proportion of this role is centred on transactional delivery and there will be a requirement to be flexible to work across our Trust sites and external venues.
