People & OD Trainer

This is an exciting time to join UHNM’s Organisational Development (OD), Culture and Inclusion Team and we have an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for developing leaders and improving staff experience to become one of our OD Trainers.

You will be joining a dedicated OD, Culture & Inclusion team that provides support, direction and commitment to the development of our most valued asset, our people - and who are proud to live the Trust Values. Our service is dedicated to developing individuals, teams and the wider organisation. We are focused on delivering leading-edge interventions around the key areas of internal consultancy, culture development, management and leadership development, team effectiveness, developing behaviours and capabilities in our people, employee engagement and employee wellbeing.

As our OD Trainer you will be creative and enthusiastic, enjoy a challenge & be committed to unlocking the potential of our people. You will have responsibility for the Trust’s Connects Leadership & Improvement Silver Connects Award to help improve organisational culture & leadership capability in line with our Trust Vision & Values.

As well as delivering leadership training to our employees (face-to-face & via a virtual platform), you will support our OD Consultant team with OD interventions in relation to personal development, team development, employee engagement, wellbeing & culture change.

A high proportion of this role is centred on transactional delivery & there will be a requirement to be flexible to work across our Trust sites & external venues.
