Working closely with coaching and mentoring leads across Cornwall and the Isle of Scilly you will provide comprehensive admin support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service and the successful implementation of a new coaching and mentoring IT system.

The primary purpose of the role is to be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the design, development and implementation of the new stand-alone coaching and mentoring system across the Cornwall and Isle of Scilly system (CIOS).

**This includes**:
Identifying the system learning and development needs across CFT and the CIOS system with the aim of supporting all colleagues to access the system.

Providing advice and guidance to colleagues working across CIOS regarding the system, how to access coaching and mentoring opportunities and system reporting and house-keeping.

We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

Over 4,000 people make up the Trust. This includes doctors, nurses, therapists, plus admin and support staff.

Approximately 568,000 people live here. A third of people who live in Cornwall are supported by acute hospital services in Devon. As a result, we also work closely with our partners in Devon. In the summer, and during other holidays lots of people choose to visit the area. This increases the numbers of people who use our services.
