Based in Lancashire, on the outskirts of Chorley, this secure and successful business operate from 4 sites in the north. As they enter a stage of transition, they are seeking to add a Finance Business Partner to the established finance function. With a numberof projects ongoing, and more to come, this role will take the lead and become the liaison between finance and commercial heads in the business. Your New Role As Finance Business Partner
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance you will lead on a number of financially driven projects for the business. With your ability to partner across an organisation, you shall enable the decision making process and seek to enhance the reporting suite, addingvalue and streamlining process as you go. A commercial role, and one which will see you as the liaison across the group, you shall also take the lead on utilisation of the financial systems. Seeking to enhance the financial information available, you shallbe responsible for adding value to the month-end duties, and assist with the year end audit as required.
Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:
Fully qualified or part CIMA/ACA/ACCA you shall have operated in a similar role for a commercially focused business. With strong communication skills and the ability to evaluate financial systems, you shall be competent in driving change and have the gravitasto partner with senior leadership in a way to influence the decision making process. Technically strong in month-end duties, with the experience to enhance reporting and analysis, you shall be driven to lead projects to completion and have the commercial awarenessto advise on financial matters affecting the long and short term business plan for a business.
