Shift patterns typically 10am-3pm or 12pm-5pm
Please note we are looking for full flexibility and cannot accommodate set days

As an Activities Coordinator at our home, your role may involve:
In this role, you will come up with and provide a variety of entertainment to residents that enriches the mind, body and soul. Making a meaningful contribution to someone's life is fulfilling, demanding and requires flexibility, professionalism and skills.
You will lead the way in developing a varied, stimulating daily activity programme, taking a hands-on approach and developing strong relationships with residents to ensure their wants, interests and needs are catered for. Examples of activities offered may include, films, music, exercise sessions, gardening, games, quizzes, arts & crafts, nail-care, trips and outings.

What are we looking for?
Applicants will be diligent, creative, organised and committed to enhancing the quality of life of residents by providing activities which will interest, inspire, motivate and support them in their daily lives.
Compassion, patience and positivity are just some of the key values and personal qualities required for this post, whilst a flexible approach to work is essential.
Experience of working with an elderly client group and/or working within a care home environment would also be highly advantageous, as would the ability to cover outings or special events outside of normal working hours as required.
