**Job Title: Front of House Team Member**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus and recommendations as needed.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, following proper service procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and teamwork across all areas of the restaurant.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar front of house role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable method of transportation to and from work.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
