Our client has a vacancy to recruit for the role of Customer Service Advisor at their busy dealership in Bexhill.

The role is to be the first point of contact in a busy dealership aftersales environment for those customers booking their cars for service, MOT and repair work. You will enter customers details onto our database, confirm work agreed and keep in touch with them throughout the period the car is in the workshop, advising of additional work required. We require people with excellent people skills, from a customer focussed and sales background and are comfortable in dealing with the public on a day to day basis with the ability to work well under pressure along with excellent IT skills.

Basic Salary is an initial £23,000 with relevant pay rises as your knowledge develops along with monthly performance related bonusses creating an on target earning of £29,000. This is Monday to Friday role with a requirement to work every other Saturday morning.

You must also have a full UK drivers license with no more than 6 points and no drink drive convictions.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
