We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant's to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Administer medications under the supervision of a healthcare professional
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for others
- Reliable and punctual
