We are seeking a caring and organised Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Grappenhall Manor Care Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient food service to residents and visitors, maintaining a clean working environment within the dining room and serving at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high standard of hospitality service is provided to residents and visitors.
  • Support and assist visitors during their stay.
  • Inform the Chef of any individual requirements of residents.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and procedures as per company HACCP.
  • Ensure all training given is adhered to.
  • Record and report any incidents or issues.
  • Take responsibility for promoting the safeguarding of adults.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality or catering experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a care setting is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with other members of the team.
  • Prepared to participate in activities organised in the Home.
