**Hours**:Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am - 4:30pm

**Duration**:18 month FTC

**Your next role**:
As the HR Graduate Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the UK HR team to deliver a first-class HR service to the UK business and support the implementation of corporate HR initiatives as required.

**Your key responsibilities would beto**:

- Develop a sound understanding of UK employment law and the company policies.
- Provide sound and consistent advice to all those seeking HR information offering help and advice to Line Managers and employees, both verbally and in writing.
- Work on allocated projects and reports as requested by the Human Resource Manager.
- Undertake administrative duties as required.
- Produce and maintain monthly reporting by dedicated timeframes.
- Build and maintain credible relationships across the whole UK business and support in the strategic development and implementation of key strategic initiatives.
- Ensure all employees have access to the most current, relevant data possible via Lunch & Learns, newsletters, notice boards etc.

- Company legislation
- Employee Welfare & Employee Relations
- Policies and Procedures
- Health & Safety

**Skills & Knowledge required**:

- A Degree (or equivalent) in HR or Business
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential
