Full-Time Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a collaborative and communicative Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at CST Training, based in our Dartford office. If you have a passion for teamwork and open communication, this exciting and rewarding opportunity is perfect for you.

Working full-time from our Dartford location, you will be an integral part of our growing customer support team, focusing on teamwork and open communication to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

You'll be joining our office in Dartford, marking an exciting expansion in our company's ongoing growth journey.

As CST Training evolves, we continuously learn and improve. Our customers have been central to our success, and we are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to further enhance our customer support service.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the challenges faced by the team, company, and industry and developing customer support solutions that cater to the needs of our customers.

About the Role

This position is a dynamic and engaging one that demands multitasking and the ability to juggle various tasks simultaneously. As a critical role within our organization, you will be constantly, handling different aspects of customer service while interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders. In this busy environment, maintaining a high level of attention to detail is paramount. You will be expected to ensure that every interaction and every process is handled with utmost precision and accuracy. This role is not for the faint-hearted, but for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and who has the skills to multitask effectively while never losing sight of the details that ensure our high-quality service standards are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing a comprehensive customer service experience
- Utilizing our CRM (HubSpot) and collaborating with other members of the customer service team
- Continuously developing your knowledge of CST Training's products to refine your team's communication with customers

About You

As a self-motivated and hard-working individual, you will have a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in a previous customer service role, with at least 1 additional year in a leadership capacity.

You should possess:

- Strong teamwork and open communication skills
- Solid formal qualifications
- Knowledge of sales techniques and approaches
- Familiarity with the construction and/or training sector
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Great people skills, organization, punctuality, and self-motivation
- Quick learning ability, innovation, and collaboration
- Exceptional understanding and commitment to the use of technology, including proficiency in various IT systems and programs such as Databases, CRM (e.g., Hubspot), Excel, Word, and Google workspaces

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
