**Within the Exertis group, the Marketing Team’s Mission is to develop and execute best-in-class digital marketing plans and programs that drive demand for all our products and services and increase the value of the Exertis brand in the eyes of our customersand vendors. This role will operate in our Basingstoke office, working in the Digital Marketing Team, working closely with the Channel/Enterprise Marketing Teams.** **Role Purpose**
- Take ownership of the overall strategy and execution for driving traffic to our Exertis online store. Collaborate with relevant teams in the business to execute this.
- You will take ownership, and lead the team in planning, executing, and reporting of B2B-focused digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Keep up to date on new channels and digital marketing opportunities.
- You will manage marketing execs, and ensure they work to a ‘best practice’ standard. Hold regular 1:1s and development reviews to ensure the best opportunities for the team.
- Build strong relationships with the wider digital, marketing, and commercial teams to identify process improvement and new opportunities.
- Take part in building the most exciting and rewarding working culture within the business.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Drive the overall Exertis Store digital marketing strategy:

- Support the wider Exertis Store team to reach budgeted KPIs for FY23.
- Oversee use of the Emarsys personalisation tool by the wider team.
- Responsible for reviewing and implementing the digital marketing strategy.
- Drive strong campaign performance results and ROI.
- Working with, but not limited to, commercial teams to secure promotional activity; with the Head of Product Content to ensure featured products are fully content enriched, and merchandising banner campaign collaboration; with the Head of Digital Productsto ensure Exertis Store roadmap features are communicated effectively and utilised via digital marketing; with Head of UX to finalise landing page design; and studio designers to ensure we have effective digital ad creatives.
- Responsible for digital marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, lapsed and win back customer engagement, increase AOV, AOF and attach rates, and support with stock sell-through.
- Drive collaboration between Digital and Channel/Enterprise around vendor-led performance marketing:

- Build strong relationships and work closely with the Channel and Enterprise Marketing Team.
- Advise on vendor-focused digital campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and KPIs.
- Take ownership of execution of B2B-focused digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive strong campaign performance, results, and ROI against business objectives and KPIs.
- Proactively find out new solutions and propose new products to clients.
- Be comfortable with running reports and gathering insights from Google Analytics.
- Lead on financial billing process for the team, and troubleshooting.

**Key Skills and Experience**

**Must Have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or related studies) or equivalent
- 2+ years reporting and analytics experience
- Experience managing a team, with passion to develop and train team members
- B2B ecommerce experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organisation with ability to balance tactical work with strategic thinking
- Self-starter and driven to deliver results
- Collaborative and strong team player
- Creativity in both the design and implementation of programs and plans

**Nice to Have**:

- Working Emarsys and Eshot knowledge
- Certified with Google Shopping and/or Google Analytics IQ
- Qlikview working knowledge
