**Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Salary**: £26,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

**About the Role**

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in delivering effective strategic planning and implementation across a broad range of digital marketing tactics and channels to drive successful outcomes for a variety of partners in the sports, health, fitness and leisure sectors, and our own Topodium Group ecosystem.

You will be a resourceful and ambitious digital marketing pro, well versed in effective paid media campaigns, the devising of digital strategies, and the delivery of digital marketing activities to evolve partner brands and deliver efficient ROAS/ROI.

You will be supporting - and reporting to - the Head of Brand and Marketing to ensure products and services are profitable and driving sustainable revenue for partners and internal brands.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Developing internal digital marketing processes and best practices
- Planning and executing on paid, earned, owned and shared digital marketing strategies and tactics for a variety of partners across various online channels
- Contributing to partner pitches, proposals and partner presentations
- Maximising the level of service offering and revenue opportunities
- Acting as Partner Lead and Project Lead, successfully liaising with partners and building trust/rapport
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on data
- Reporting on partners, campaigns and activities against ROI/KPI goals, supplying performance metrics and contextual analysis
- Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
- Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimising user funnels
- Ideate new and creative digital growth strategies
- Implementing analytics and full-funnel tracking across websites and integrated platforms

**Experience Requirements**
- Coaching/mentoring in digital skills
- Project/process management
- Marketing research/statistical analysis and reporting
- CRO and SEO
- SEM/PPC Advertising (Google Ads, Bing etc)
- Social Media (Paid & Organic)
- A/B and multivariate experiments
- User funnels and Web metrics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager etc)
- Budget management
- Adobe Creative Suite
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript desirable
- Agency experience preferred

**Educational Requirements**
- Excellent written and spoken English
