Business Development Manager - Stoke
Quest Employment are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their Central Sales Team.

Working hours; Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm

Salary; £28,000 - £45,000 basic (dependant on experience) plus a lucrative commission structure and Company Car.

Your role as a Business Development Manager will include, but not limited to;
- Have a clear understanding of the Industrial temporary recruitment sector with a view to selling our features and benefits to prospective clients
- Generate new business and form successful client relationships
- Arrange Business meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs
- Manage ongoing pipeline opportunities and update CRM with all call, sales details.

About you;
- Strong recruitment experience min 3 years
- High biller
- Proactive and driven individual who will exceed new business targets
- Strong verbal business development skills including cold calling, qualifying client leads, solid questioning skills, extraction of useful information and getting past gatekeepers
- Ability to build rapport with clients
