**Shift pattern**:

- 4 on 4 off (8am - 6pm & 10am - 8pm)

**Salary** - Up to £28,000 plus bonus

**Purpose of the role**:

- To deliver a customer obsessed approach through every interaction ensuring the Customer gets a true understanding of the value of cinch
- The role holder will achieve this through engaging conversations with Customers off the back of affiliates leads and organic sales opportunities coming from our Customer Experience team
- The job will be to drive conversation whilst focusing on a simplified, faff free service to Customers

**Role Accountabilities**:

- The role holder will have a passion for providing excellent service to Customers and be able to demonstrate and be proud of their success stories
- You will be measured in your success of converting opportunity into purchase
- Working off warm leads, creating customer profiles and turning into successful orders
- Showing the benefit of our auxiliary products to support conversion
- Increasing our customer database with prospecting potential opportunities by reporting back into your manager
- Liaising with other areas within Customer Operations in order to make sure customer requirements are acted upon and that we are providing a faff-free service

**Relationships**:

- As an executive in an exciting, transformational brand you’ll be one of the only touch points to our Customers. Your ability to build relationships with those Customers and internal colleagues is vital to your success in your role.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Previous experience within a sales or target driven role
- Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive to exceed targets
- Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
