Reporting to the Head of Operations and Head of Content, you need to have a strong work ethic and a passion for event delivery.

**Responsibilities**

**Event Management (face to face and virtual conferences, courses) 60%**
- Manage from start to finish allocated online/live events
- conferences and courses
- Live event delegate support
- Liaising with marketing regarding marketing collateral requirements
- Supplier management for allocated events
- Delegate lists
- App creation (live events)
- CRM Management
- Communications -Managing the communications and branding aspects of the event
- Survey management
- Post event delegate lists
- Website management
- making sure everything is up to date
- Full delegate management after Sales handover
- Delegate communications including joining instructions and answering queries
- Ensure progress against plan is reported on a regular basis to key stakeholders, both in the lead up to, and post event.
- Delegate feedback collation and reporting
- Manage assets and packing for face to face events
- Manage events inbox

**Event Production 40%**
- Project management of conference production to ensure delivery of key targets and deadlines for a small portfolio of events
- Speaker tutorials
- On-going conference speaker acquisition supporting across the conference portfolio where required
- Build relationships with key partners, clients and customers, including the University of East London and Government departments and agencies
- Producing and sourcing speaker content (blogs, white papers, surveys, template starters etc) for marketing and sales
- Any other tasks as may be required by the business from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within events management and production
- Strong communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc
- Database management and software skills;
- Experience working with EventsAir, Zoom, HubSpot (desirable)
