REED Talent Solutions have an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients in the Social Housing industry on a 6-month fixed-term contract
We're looking for a confident and customer focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join the client's team in Milton Keynes
**The Role**
In a nutshell, you’ll ensure that the clients' estates are places that our residents want to live, you’ll work in a rewarding environment supporting vulnerable customers and preventing anti-social behaviour.
Working collaboratively with other teams, external agencies and residents, you’ll ensure that Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, identify improvements and investigate breaches of tenancy. We’ll look to you develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offersas well as working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities and events.
This role will require regular travel to sites in the Milton Keynes area to support residents.
- £31,597 - £37,112 pa pro rata
- 36 hours per week
- 6 months FTC

**Key responsibilities**:
You'll be:

- Working closely with the residents to ensure the neighbourhoods are clean, safe, and enjoyable places to live
- Work directly with the central hub and specialist teams to respond to resident issues and queries
- Support residents by collecting relevant evidence and detail to allow the specialist teams to resolve complex issues
- Support continuous improvement and community development initiatives

You’ll be able to develop effective working relationships across the client's businessand external agencies and also be confident working alone.
You’ll have experience of working to plans and targets and have the ability to exercise good judgement whilst being proactive and creative in finding solutions.
