Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour

Hybrid: 2 days on site and 3 days WFH

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday, once fully trained (circa 3 - 6 months) required to work one week of lates 11.30 - 19.00 and one Saturday per month 09.00 - 17.00. Saturday paid at time and a half.

We are recruiting for an Administrator / Dealer Services Officer for our prestigious, innovative client based in Milton Keynes.

The main purpose of this role is to maximise payout volumes whilst delivering the highest possible level of service to the dealer network by acting as an intermediary, advisor, product specialist and administrator.

**Responsibilities: Administrator / Dealer Services Officer**
- Take responsibility for processing and activating finance proposals including necessary documentation, dealer invoice and customer identification verification.
- Pro-actively work with dealers to resolve document errors in a timely and efficient manner and in line with departmental objectives.
- Provide first line support for dealers in terms of e-POS and other system, functionality and on-site/Head Office training for new Business Managers/Sales Executives
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with dealers to obtain necessary documentation to enable contact activation or resolution of errors with a view to maximising Dealer Satisfaction

**Skills / Knowledge / Experience: Administrator / Dealer Services Officer**
- GCSE or equivalent English Language and Mathematics is preferable.
- Experience in a similar customer focused administrative role
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
- Good IT / computer skills i.e. MS Office packages, in-house systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work within a pressurised environment.
