Sales Office Administrator

**Responsible To**: Sales Manager
**Job Purpose**
Exmoor Trim manufactures a range of interior and exterior trim products for the Land Rover range of vehicles. Working with the sales team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day care of our trade and retail customers.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Process sales orders using the Globalshop system (Full Training Provided)
- Communicate current lead-times to customers and update existing customers on their order progress
- Liaise regularly with the sales team
- Liaise with production regarding lead-times for products
- Acting as the first point of contact for the customer
- Advise customers on product related queries
- Obtain transport quotes when required for overseas destinations.
- Have a good understanding of the Exmoor Trim website & Products
- Influence the customer to maximise the sales order value
- Provide excellent aftersales support
- Monitoring and responding to customers via our social media channels
- Attending Trade Shows and Events as a Representative promoting the company.
Undertake other associated tasks as directed by the Sales Manager
A full driving license is also desirable
**Person Specification**
- Good communication skills/written communication skills/open and interactive communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a methodical way with excellent attention to detail & Time Management
- IT literacy including MS Office
- Experience using an ERP system is advantageous
- An Interest in Vehicles or Automotive would be very beneficial
- Able to prioritise and organise own workload, meet deadlines, manage competing demands and respond to non-routine requests, often at short notice, whilst still meeting deadlines
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a sales environment and contributing to company profitability
- Committed, to meeting agreed deadlines with customers
- Resolving customer complaints following communication procedures and by recommending appropriate solutions
- Mobile for client meetings and trade shows and events.
- Adaptable
- Experience in working effectively in a team environment.

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
