Housing Administrator

This is your opportunity to join Longhurst Group as a Housing Administrator and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional housing management services. With two newly created roles we're seeking a dynamic individual to support our mission of providing quality housing solutions alongside excellent customer service.
As a Housing Administrator, you'll be pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative support across various functions within our Housing Services. Your role will involve utilising ICT systems (Excel, Outlook, Word) proficiently to provide top-notch assistance to colleagues, handling tenancy agreements, amendments, and succession requests with precision and care.
Offered on a permanent 36.25hr per week basis this hybrid role will see you primarily work from home, with an expectation of occasional travel to one of offices (Boston, Rushden, Peterborough) as required for training or meeting purposes to support your colleagues or customer.
You'll play a crucial role in liaising with customers, ensuring compliance with urgent checks, and facilitating smooth transitions for tenancy changes and household adjustments. Additionally, you'll oversee the processing of hardship fund requests, administering garden support funds, and managing alerts and monitoring systems effectively.
Your attention to detail will shine as you monitor and manage various administrative tasks including managing housing team trays, updating Fire Risk Assessments, and attending professional meetings to document minutes accurately.
