Join Our Responsive Repairs Team

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repairs Coordinator to join our team at Longhurst Group. As a key member of our Responsive Repairs team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our housing stock is well maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing post-inspections of our repairs to ensure they're completed to the highest standard.
  • Liaising with our contractors around variations of work orders and any cancellations of planned work.
  • Responding to permission requests from our customers whereby they want to make home improvements.
  • Helping to coordinate and plan in work for some of our Surveyors, ensuring that inspections are booked in and any administrative work is completed.
  • Communicating with our customers to keep them informed of works and support any comments or concerns.
  • Monitoring closed complaints and commitments on our dashboard to ensure full completion.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail to identify any defects in repairs.
  • Well-organised and able to adapt to ever-changing situations within our Responsive Repairs service.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise accordingly.
