The Tayberry Restaurant, Broughty Ferry is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our little Broughty Ferry team. Experience is required in a similar role. You will be working alongside our Restaurant Manager to help mantain the high standards and level of service the Tayberry has now become known for in our local area.

Please note full training will be given in this role.

The Tayberry, is a 2 AA rosette awarded restaurant which strives to create a contemporary fine dining experience, using a combination of modern and classic techniques to showcase the best of Scotland’s Natural Larder, sourcing only the finest ingredients from an array of hand selected, quality suppliers.

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Welcoming guests and attending to their needs throughout their experience, including advising on food and beverage choices, answering questions and ensuring prompt, polite and attentive but unobtrusive service.

You will also be responsible with your colleagues for maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring appropriate levels of stock and equipment are available during service times.

Cashing up the till.

Managing the Restaurant when our Manager is off.

You must have previous experience in a fine dining or other relevant hospitality environment and will be a flexible, enthusiastic and committed individual, willing and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are currently looking for someone to join our time on a part time or full time basis 15-35 hours per week. Shifts will include evenings and weekends.
