Experienced Front of House Associate, Experienced Bar tender

Gidi Grill are seeking experienced Front of House Associates and Bar tender. We are an Afro-Caribbean inspired restaurant serving a fusion of West African and Caribbean food & drink.


The Gidi Grill front of house team perform a fundamental role in providing an exceptional service in a unique and exciting environment.

If you have a passion for customer service and good overall hospitality skills within a very busy environment and work well within a team in a busy-themed atmosphere, then we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Following all company processes and procedures, maintaining our high standards or service and guest experience.

Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy to always promote a safe working environment.

Carry out all opening and closing tasks including cleaning tasks as instructed.

Have the highest level of product knowledge and adopt a positive approach to upselling.

Attend trainings, refresher trainings and participate in briefings and team meetings.

Maintain good working relationship with colleagues.

Follow cash handling and credit procedures and report any discrepancies to your supervisor.

Comply with the establishments code of conduct and operating standards.

Always present a professional appearance.

The kind of person we're looking for:
Ideally you have previous F & B experience, however having a great attitude is essential.

You have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation.


Your perspective and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest it's the first time.

An early bird some days and a night owl others; working flexibly during the week and weekends.


You want to be the best and work with the best; learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us.

You have a high level of resilience and the ability to deal with fast-paced environments is essential.


Highly motivated and possessing and immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gidi Grill brand.

You have a positive can-do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner.


A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail.
