**About Us**

Dunsters Farm are an award winning, 3rd generation family run business based in Bury at Waterfold Business Park. We supply customers across the North of England with wholesale food and drinks available for next day delivery.

**We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Account Executive. As a Customer Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our company and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (no cold calling), ensuring they receive excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage customer accounts, resolving any issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and delivery information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement.
- Monitor customer accounts, tracking customer behaviour and identifying any potential issues or risks.
- Generate reports on customer accounts and provide recommendations to senior management on how to improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Continuously improve the customer account management process, incorporating customer feedback and industry best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyse customer data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Basic Salary: £21,255.00
Bonus: Up to 25% of basic salary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
