Browning Jones & Morris Ltd are a Plumbing & Heating Merchants established in 1914, with branches in Cardiff and London. We are one of North London’s leading suppliers of Sanitaryware, Plumbing, Heating and Building materials with a Trade Counter and Warehouse. Servicing predominantly Trade customers, we are open Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - between 7am and 5pm

flexible, as arranged with Branch Manager

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers visiting Trade Counter using knowledge and experience to maximise sales
- Order special or non-stock items via bespoke system
- Replenish stock in counter and shop
- Load and unload stock items into warehouse
- Handling telephone enquiries to customer satisfaction

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Substantial, proven experience of Trade Counter sales
- Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry and allied trades
- Customer focussed background
- Driver with full, clean licence valid for UK driving
- Good verbal and written English

**Desirable Skills**:

- Self-motivated with ability to motivate others
- Ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Quote production
- Computer Literate
- Cash handling
- Fork Lift licence
