We are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our talented and busy Programme team and help maintain our homes in and around the Malvern/ Worcester and Droitwich area.

**What could you be doing?**

Putting the finishing touch to our Kitchens you will be an important part of a busy team delivering kitchen fittings in this area. With a passion for detail you will have the ability to work on your own initiative. If you also have additional trade skills and experience of tiling you should really get in touch

**Some things we need from you**:

- You will have served an apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating or obtained an equivalent City & Guilds qualification
- Additional Trade skills - tiling is an essential part of this role
- Extensive time served in Painting, Decorating and associated trade skills
- Good organisational skills
- Experience of keeping jobs on track
- Takes ownership, responsibility for their tasks and has a right first time approach
- Works well alone but also as part of a team
- The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently whilst meeting strict deadlines
- Full UK driving Licence

This role also requires a Basic DBS check.
