**What you'll be doing**

You'll play a key role in the end-to-end creation, management, and delivery of a wide range of video content so an understanding of key video platforms like YouTube is a must, so too is a familiarity with social social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. The Presenter/Producer will work closely with the GamesRadar+ editorial team to help develop its personality and presence on video platforms, and drive revenue through the creation of editorial and commercial video.

**Experience that will put you ahead of the curve**
- Competence to be a “one-person-band,” with an eye for lighting and an ear for audio, as needed.
- Thirst for producing multiple pieces in a day from ideation, execution/editing, posting, and social media distribution.
- Post-production Adobe Premiere speed and dexterity that does not sacrifice quality.
- A high level of skill using in-app editing tools on TikTok and Instagram as well as mobile editing apps such as CapCut.
- Ability to follow established short-form templates/show-formats.
- Proven track record in creating gaming content at a high-volume digital media outlet.
- Experience taking longform articles and turning them into shootable short-form scripts, quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to shoot strategically and have the foresight to know how a video will all come together in post.
- Flexible to work with a small team, or scaling up as a part of a larger crew, to contribute to all areas of video production.
- Confident in front of camera and delivering voiceover.

The expected range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000.

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
