**Salary**: £23,762

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Initiating security process to completion, ensuring security has been granted in line with associated recruitment timescales
- Providing quality customer service, including interacting with teams involved in the On-Boarding cycle, answering enquires and escalating where appropriate
- Checking & processing of security paperwork to our Security provider, updating security trackers and monitoring cycle time
- Initiating and monitoring the occupational health process
- Tracking, monitoring and co-ordinating the offer management process. Checking the relevant paperwork and ensuring the documentation is back on time. This includes qualification returns, occupational health certification, contracts, security

**Your skills and experiences**:

- IT literate - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Strong administration skills developed in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to/experience in a HR or Recruitment environment advantageous
- Experience of working with HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems and Customer Contact Systems advantageous
