**RKM is a fully independent global creative agency focussing on talent and brand partnerships within music, sport and entertainment, founded by Kate Young.**

The DNA of the agency was born from being housed in The Gin Factory Studios, Farringdon - an 8000 sq ft commercial recording studio complex built and owned by Kate Young which she later sold to Sony Music in 2019 due to the expansion of the brand partnerships team. It was this environment and Young's creative expertise along with an extensive talent network that enabled RKM Agency to form such unrivalled direct access to talent - particularly within the music industry, leading to other areas of talent within in sport and entertainment.

**Who We Want**

As a Creative Intern at RKM, you will be instrumental in supporting our team across various projects within the music, sports, and entertainment sectors. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of creative strategy, market research, and talent engagement. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in shaping brand narratives, crafting compelling presentations, and contributing to innovative campaigns that resonate with global audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research Markets, Brands, and Talent: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, key players, and potential partnerships within the music, sports, and entertainment industries.
- Develop Basic Decks: Collaborate with the Creative Director to create visually engaging presentation decks for client pitches and talent strategy proposals.
- Draft Deck Copy: Write concise and compelling copy to accompany presentation decks, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic objectives.
- Curate Visual Assets: Source high-quality images, videos, and graphics to enhance presentation decks, presentations, and other internal/external communications materials.
- Ideation Support: Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for pitches, briefs, and creative projects.
- Presentation Flow: Gain an understanding of the basic flow of ideas for presentations, helping to structure content in a clear and cohesive manner.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- Strong passion for music, sports, and/or entertainment industries.
- Excellent research skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software.
- Basic understanding of copywriting principles.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
