Our client is a growing employer based in Norwich that offers a range of products and services globally.

Due to expansion, they are looking for an Interim HR Manager to join the team on a Part-Time basis to support in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures in addition to generalist support.The role will ideally be 3 days a week for approximately 3to 6 months, with the potential of becoming permanently employed (remaining on 3 days a week).

Job Scope:

- To work closely with the director(s) in developing sound HR policies and procedures for the company.
- Help develop our HR system (Zoho People)
- Manage all day to day HR functions
- Assist in developing staff performance appraisals / KPI’s
- Training Matrix / Staff progression plans

Bonus Knowledge:

- Knowledge of IR35 process desired
- Knowledge of CIS scheme desired
- Payroll knowledge
- Zoho People Knowledge
