**Helpline Adviser / Support Workers - Helpline & Engagement Service**
**Salary**: £24,000
Part Time: 18.5hrs
Hours:
Sundays: 9:30am-4pm
Monday & Tuesdays: 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm
Office Based - Leicester
About the Helpline Adviser / Support Worker role:
You will be responsible for taking calls on our helpline for members of the public and professionals which operates Monday to Sunday.
You will undertake risk and needs assessments, safety planning with victims of domestic and or Sexual Abuse; providing emotional support, exploring support options, ensuring their immediate needs are met and referring to other appropriate support as and when identified.
