Administrative Data Analyst

As an Administrative Data Analyst, you will provide an enhanced administrative data analytical role to the victim service.
You will also ensure all key data is captured, managed and reported effectively in line with the contractual expectations. In undertaking this role, you will also ensure performance reports are created timely ensuring trends and patterns are identified to inform continuous service development and improvement. Additionally, you will support with some volume of telephone and email traffic in addition to general administrative work, such as; minute taking, communicating with staff and service users in writing and verbally, dealing with purchase orders and petty cash etc. on behalf of the management team.

Qualifications
As the Administrative Data Analyst, you will be key to ensuring the smooth running of our processes and the production of accurate monitoring reports which will ensure we are able to capture the impact the service has in the best possible way. Good will look like:
- Highly organised individual with an ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- A proactive and motivated outlook
- Innovative approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to retain confidentiality at all times
- Working collaboratively across the whole of Catch22 to ensure we make best use of our wealth of skills and experience.
Additional Information
Salary: £23,000 per annum (£13,800 pro rata)
Hours: 22.5hrs per week
This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
