Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a renowned retail business based near Basingstoke in their search for a nearly created Revenue Analyst role.
You'll have the opportunity for unlimited progression potential, as well as a hybrid working pattern. Part of your time will also be split between learning different areas of the business, and a full study support package will be available.
Reporting to senior management, responsibilities will include:

- Review and continually optimise the company’s promotional activity and strategies in order to achieve defined KPIs.
- Review the effectiveness of competitor price and promotional activation, understanding where the business can learn and adapt tactics.
- Drive profitability by optimising channel specific price & promotional strategies.
- Deliver agile insight and solutions that create value for the company, customers and consumers.

You will be:

- Commercially driven; constantly connecting KPIs to goals.
- Analytically minded; bringing rigour to analysis and developing quick and efficient ways to cut the data to get insight.
- Currently working as a Finance Analyst/Sales Analyst/Commercial Analyst.
- Background in a consumer based sector is heavily desirable
