**CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

Bremont Watch Company is a fast-growing British luxury brand that is looking to strengthen its marketing team by adding a Marketing Assistant.

- faceted business within a dynamic marketing team. The business has big plans for the future and a strong identity; we are looking for a team player who is willing to support the marketing team as a whole but work particularly closely on the brand’s marketing and press activity.

As a founder led business, being ‘part of the family’ is at the core of how Bremont operates and indeed how clients feel about the brand. Buying into Bremont is about believing in the reinvigoration of British watch making, the investment that Bremont has made, and continues to make, to achieve this goal and equally about wanting to share in the brand’s/founders’ passions.

Bremont has expanded enormously in the past year from the opening of ‘The Wing’, the brand’s 35,000 sq. ft Manufacturing & Engineering Centre in Henley-on-Thames to additional global store openings from LA to Shanghai and the wider retail network. As such the business requires a fast-paced and creative marketing team to lead the business to success and this role is critical to that success.

Ensuring the brand is delivering ‘best in class’ across the board is crucial in this next chapter in the Bremont journey. This is a really special business to be part of, full of passionate and hardworking individuals who really care about what we do.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Marketing support responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Support to shape and deliver overall marketing strategy.
- Compile monthly reports as well as post campaign and/or event reporting and analysis.
- Sample management and coordination.
- Media and Influencer monitoring.
- Assist with co-ordination of marketing calendar.
- Co-ordinate product loans for media and influencer requests.
- Support with Bremont product placement in the media and facilitate bigger feature placement stories with supplying the relevant assets.
- Support the Marketing & Communications Manager with press events/launches.
- Manage the generic marketing inbox and field queries as appropriate.
- Manage stock of promotional merchandise for retail and general marketing use.
- Server/asset management.
- Support with improving and managing the Bremont portal.
- Manage the brand’s database of press and influencer contacts.
- Competitor analysis - research and collate examples of competitor activity.
- Support global offices and agencies with requests and assets.
- Print advertising support - raising PO’s and work with the creative team to ensure artwork deadlines are met.
- Assist Marketing and Communications manager with external media appointments and tours of The Wing.
- Regularly sending influencers watches to photograph/review and creating weekly reports on this to share with the marketing team.
- Ad-hoc support to the wider marketing team

**KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Good organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- A team player willing to get involved
