We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.

Reporting to our Freight Manager, you will play a key part in enabling ARNE to receive stock on time, by optimising deliveries in the most efficient and best value methods.

**Requirements**:

- Assist in organising all aspects of inbound freight, continuously maintaining shipment trackers.
- Create and maintain shipments via Centric as required.
- Actively seek shipment quotations with our Logistics partners and maintain a cost tracker for all inbound shipments.
- Liaise with our wholesale partners regarding stock movements and collections.
- Work closely with the Merch Team to plan and prioritise the shipment of stock from our suppliers.
- Raise and chase freight with our freight partners promptly.
- Maintain an accurate database of shipment documentation, for example, packing lists, airway bills.
- Create a data-base of all relevant shipment documentation to complete inbound processes.
- Maintain a shared incident log, ensuring all incidents are accurately reported and escalated as required.
- Analyse internal data re. forwarder performer and efficiency, providing analysis to Freight Manager.
- Produce and analyse freight reports as required.

**Essential Experience and Skills**
- A positive, can-do attitude, with a ‘get stuck in’ approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of stakeholders and various levels.
- Attention to detail.

**Desirable Experience and Skills**
- Previous office experience.
- Previous experience in a freight/logistics environment.
