Sample Assistant

Designer Carpet is an online supplier of luxury carpets and made-to-measure rugs. We work closely with leading designer carpet brands to ensure we offer an extensive range of products delivered directly to the consumer. We are a dynamic company based in Derbyshire and pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer. You will be based in our Ilkeston Office and be a integral part of our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- To accurately process customer's sample requests by picking the sample(s) and then packaging them to the highest standard and posting.
- To keep the sample room replenished at all times by submitting requests to suppliers and our own warehouse so that we can fulfil a request quickly and efficiently.
- Keep the sample room tidy and organised at all time.
- Monitor popular items to help the Sales Team spot any trends.
- Contact customers to keep them updated on their sample orders.

Essential Skills And Attributes
- Good understanding of IT
- Must be very organised.
- The ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time
