**Job Title**: Accounts Receivable Team Lead

**Location**:Lurgan, Northern Ireland

**Position Overview**

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead is a permanent position within GBS focused on the Customer to Cash business cycle. This opportunity specifically focuses on activities associated with MP Segment and all aspects of Credit Control for Terex’s MP global customer portfolio. This role leads a busy team and actively participates in all aspects of AR activities connected to customer maintenance and review, working closely with the AR Transactions, AR Credit team, and MP business teams. This role will also be responsible for managing the multiple invoice funding programs in place across the global MP dealer network, including the requirement to accurately forecast cash inflow.

The AR Team Lead will actively lead a team of people focused on delivering a high level of output. This position is a lead role in the accounts receivable area which calls for excellent skills in communication, time management, people management, attention to detail, and customer service. A successful team member in this role will partner with sales, finance, and customers to ensure results are achieved while providing world-class customer service. This role is also responsible to create an environment and culture that fosters business process improvement and continued team member development.

**Required Education and Experience**
- Commenced professional exams, or an intention to pursue professional qualification in the near future
- Experience of working in a fast paced, high-volume environment demonstrating ability to deliver for our customers
- Experience of AR processes, including subledger close, customer account maintenance for a global portfolio of customers covering small - large sized customers
- Strong proven experience in credit control, with proven experience in meeting targets
- Experience preparing GL manual journal entries, GL account reconciliations and adhering to strict month end deadlines
- Experience of managing and developing team members
- Experience in accounting and financial systems, including internal controls associated with same
- Experience in interfacing with business operational customers
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
