Nixon McQuade is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a prominent, family-owned organization.

In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director and play a crucial part in supporting the financial department's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment recovery
  • Evaluate creditworthiness of customers
  • Determine and oversee credit limits
  • Handle aged receivables
  • Conduct outbound communications for credit management
  • Meet targets and key performance indicators for cash collections
  • Refer accounts for collection and legal proceedings when necessary
  • Oversee outstanding debtor accounts
