Teaching Coordinator X 2
We are seeking two enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Co-ordinators to join the Faculty of Arts & Sciences to provide professional services support to the programmes and students within the Faculty. You would initially join the expanding Law School which is currently ranked 11th in the country, having performed exceptionally in the recent National Student Survey.
A proven team player, you will be committed to integrating into a busy office environment, working closely with a wide range of colleagues. While administrative and organisational skills are an advantage, a more important quality we seek is the willingness to learn and work flexibly, becoming part of our committed team.
The Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences provides an environment that strongly supports the individual needs of each employee, promoting a healthy work-life balance. We are committed to family-friendly and flexible working policies on an individual basis, as well as the Athena SWAN Charter, which recognises and celebrates good employment practice undertaken to address gender equality in higher education and research. The Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences is committed to ensuring our workforce is reflective of our diverse student population and is therefore committed to increasing representation of staff of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds across all roles and at all levels.
These roles are advertised as full-time, indefinite posts but we also welcome applicants from those seeking a job share or fractionally part-time position. This is a campus-based role and there is the expectation that the postholders will work the majority of their time on campus. However, there is the opportunity for some remote working.
