**About the role**
- You’ll be reporting to the Senior Account Director and Head of the Pharma team and also developed by the Client Services Director.
- To manage a portfolio of clients, coordinating projects, budgets and taking responsibility for growing revenue as well as the day to day management of these accounts.
- To drive business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive action plan for your accounts in order to meet client retention and budget targets.
- To specifically identify, propose, upsell and implement new projects and campaigns in order to meet and exceed each customer’s ROI and service expectations and to maximise revenue and profit for TPXimpact.
- Run meetings and workshops (e.g. kick off meetings, project & results meetings).
- Manage clients expectations so we deliver more than expected, earlier than expected.
- To produce and monitor accurate and clear forecasting on a regular basic
- Identify scope creep when clients ask for more than is agreed on and suggest a solution (upsell or agile adjustment).
- Solve client problems; you’ll burrow to the results needed (not the wants) and find a way to deliver.
- Monitor your own billing; you will have billing KPIs that you should hit or speak to your line manager about why it won’t happen (sometimes life gets in the way).
- Presentation creation and digital delivery to clients.
- Explain to them why we took the approach we did and why they should think it’s wonderful
- Join pitch teams when pitching for new business.

**Responsibilities - Analytical and technical**
- You’ll need to be highly proficient with Google Analytics and confident in your ability to learn how to use other reporting platforms.
- Draw insights from data and spot opportunities for improvement in websites and campaigns
- You’ll understand the website design and build process and how content management systems work
- You’ll understand the key technologies TPXimpact use and be able to communicate with clients confidently about them
- Have a keen interest in technologies and digital marketing techniques (you’ll be an enthusiast and always learning)
**KPIs and reporting**
- To report to the Senior AD, CSD and Head of Pharma on the performance of your customer accounts and status of relationship.
- Flag Red and Amber statuses early so problems can be resolved.
- Ensure, in relation to project work, all customers have agreed and signed a project agreement prior to any work starting and that all signed paperwork is attached to the relevant opportunity in our CRM before that opportunity is closed as won and contractsare filed in Google Drive properly.
- Ensure, in relation to ongoing support, optimisation or campaign work, all customers have agreed and signed an annual contract as standard and that all signed paperwork is saved and contracts are filed in Google Drive properly.
- Ensure renewals are signed and agreed two months in advance of contract expiry.
- Ensure that all opportunities and sales are logged accurately in our CRM.
- To invoice on time and chase late payments.
