Care Worker

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the client follows a list of personalised daily routine rules (i.e. get up at the same time, always eat breakfast, etc) under supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Provide personal care to client within client's home.
- Evaluate client's needs on a daily basis and implement therapy program.
- Communicate with primary care giver and other health care team members.
- Document client's progress and at-home activities.
- Understand how different disabilities effect the course and outcome of treatment in order to better support individual clients.
- Communicate regularly with family and other care professionals in order to provide comprehensive supportive care.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
