Monday to Friday 13:00-17:00

**About The Role**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the main switchboard
- Greeting visitors and notifying relevant staff of their arrival
- Controlling diary schedule for meeting room bookings and arranging catering for meetings when required
- Organising and booking travel and accommodation as required
- Placing orders for kitchen supplies, stationery etc as required
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, managing outgoing mail requirements
- Providing administrative support to our accounts team
- Ensure main reception area is kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times
- Other generic administration tasks and ad hoc duties as required across departments

**Required Criteria**
- Very strong administration and organisational skills within a fast-paced business environment
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- An excellent level of IT skills and systems usage
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional manner
- Approach tasks in a systematic and logical fashion
- Have a proven track record of delivering a high calibre of customer service
- Be self-motivated and proactive at all times

**Desired Criteria**
- Experience of providing administration support would be desirable but is not essential
