**Your new school**
One of our schools in Dudley is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their school. This is a school we have worked with for a long period of time, with previous supply staff experiencing a positive and supportive work environment. This school alsoshows emphasis on creating a safe and supportive environment for students, giving everyone the best opportunities possible.
**Your new role**
In your role as LSA you will mainly be supporting students on a 1:1 basis and will involve:

- Understanding the needs and learning style of the student
- Aiding their learning by clarifying instructions and note taking
- Motivating and encouraging the student
- Liaising with the class teacher and SENDCo
- Developing appropriate resources for the student

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar role and have a Learning Support Assistant CACHE Level 3 qualification. You will need a sensitive and caring approach, with the ability to adapting to the needs of the students. Youwill also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to the wider school community.
