**Teaching Assistant - Dudley**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our educational team in Dudley. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of young minds while gaining valuable experience in the education sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the classroom teacher by assisting in the delivery of lessons and managing student behaviour.
- Work with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning and provide additional support as needed.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians when required.
- Support students with their social and emotional development, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the school management.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Education or Teaching Assistance are desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting is advantageous.
- A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to creating a safe learning environment for students.
