Medway Council’s Library Service are recruiting for enthusiastic, customer focused part time Library Assistants to work as part of the dedicated team at our Rochester and Strood Community Hubs to deliver library and council services to Medway residents and visitors. Over 650,000 people visited Medway Libraries last year to use books and public computers, attend events and activities and access a wide range of council services.

These are part time posts working 22 hours per week (based primarily at Rochester Community Hub) and 15.5 hours per week (primarily based at Strood Community Hub), however the postholders may be required to work at any library in Medway.
