**Cluster Revenue & Groups Executive**

**Pay: £15.54 per Hour**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Management**: Implement effective strategies to optimize revenue for multiple properties within the cluster.

**Group Reservations**: Manage group reservations, negotiating rates, and ensuring efficient handling of group bookings.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and historical data to make informed revenue management decisions.

**Distribution Channels**: Monitor and manage distribution channels, ensuring proper inventory allocation and rate parity.

**Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, forecasting, and market trends.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.

**Rate Setting**: Set and adjust room rates based on demand, seasonality, and other relevant factors.
- **Requirements**:
Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in a cluster or multi-property setting.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management software.

Experience in group reservations and understanding of group booking dynamics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with market trends and the hospitality industry.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
