**What is the role?**

Through a thorough **training plan over the next 21 months**, which allows enhanced exposure to all areas of the business,**you will during this time experience the following**:

- **Assist the Operations Manager** in all aspects of delivering the **day-to-day processing operations.**
- Get i**nvolved in compliance audits** as and when they **arise to see how they manage the external stakeholders they deal with.**
- **Shadow the compliance team** as they **travel to various sites** to ensure compliance across the business and **gain a thorough understanding of the importance of Health and Safety interception and guidance within the business.**
- **Work with the engineering department**to **learn their processes and how production can be more efficient**, plus **planning any upcoming projects and aid them in any way possible with current projects.**
- **Assist the Operations manager** in **ensuring that production budgets are met** and **continuously look at opportunities to improve the whole operations of the business.**
- Understand the **Duty of Care requirements, including but not limited to; Waste Carriers licence**, **Waste Transfer note and all other compliant related paperwork.**
- Have a sound understanding of all of the**different types of raw material URM receive, where it comes from, the costs involved, the numerous processing methods and resulting cullet and bi-products.**
- **Assist the site manager in managing staffing and helping with recruitment to ensure full manning of the site.**
