We work in partnership with a wide range of customers from sectors including automation, plant and tool hire, facility management, retail, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, the public sector and much more. We ensure that waste is stored, managed and disposed of appropriately for our customers in full compliance with the latest regulations.
As a business our strategy is focused on growth and continuous improvement. Since the launch of Slicker in 2016 we have completed four acquisitions and have remained focused on driving the business from strength to strength. Having traded well throughout the pandemic we are in a strong position for continued growth.

**Job Purpose**
**TWM Sales Advisor main tasks will include**:
- Answer incoming calls and dealing with day to day queries
- Competently handle matters requiring escalation prior to manager involvement
- Producing written quotations with a keen focus on maintaining agreed margins, involving negotiations where required
- Daily order processing for both pre-planned schedules and adhoc works
- Seek opportunities to upsell and cross sell to existing customers and source new TWM customers
- Proactively oversee more complex collections to ensure they are completed to the customers satisfaction
- Execute regular promotional activity and call campaigns as set by the TWM Manager
- Highlight areas of non-compliance and educate customer on adherence to legislation
- Maintain sales pipeline
**TWM Sales Advisor skills & key requirements**:
- Minimum of 12 months experience within similar environment
- Minimum of 4 GCSE’s grade C and above
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate, working knowledge of MS Office Software essential
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and initiative
- Ability to work unsupervised and to multiple deadlines
- Flexibility may be required to assist other members of the department during busy periods
- Positive, self
- motivated and able to work under pressure
- Previous industry experience would be advantageous

**Hours of work**
- 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- No weekends
