**Job Purpose**

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to provide assistance to the Slicker Interceptor (SID) team with preparation of all necessary supporting data, customer data uploads, invoicing, maintenance of spreadsheets and communication plans as required.

**Sales Advisor role focus**:
1. Assisting with operational and financial administration of the Slicker Interceptors division:

- Completing contract review analysis - keeping contract timeline up to date and communicating relevant information to all key stakeholders
- Despatching and completing of work orders
- Managing and updating company databases
- Raising and keeping track of purchase order and ordering supplies
- Day to day assistance to the Sales Coordinators and TWM team in delivering targets and budgets.

2. Supporting commercial team:

- Setting up plans and campaigns for the Slicker Interceptor and Commercial team by liaising with marketing, customer services, national accounts and TWM.
- Processing service requests and general enquiries from commercial and key account customers
- Updating KPI reports and assisting in the resolution of customer queries
- Assisting in the resolution of outstanding payments and aged debt for major accounts
- Maintaining well-ordered filling system for Commercial and Operational needs

3. Administrative support:

- Excel support e.g. collating and checking data in spreadsheets
- Uploading supporting documents to Customer portals / document control
- Ensure that completed tasks and attendance are processed in real time
- Ensure compliance to all policies, regulation and contractual requirements

**Sales Advisor skills & key requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills across all formats, with the ability to engage and inspire confidence in colleagues and customers
- Keen attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism in all areas
- A proactive and focused approach with the ability to complete work with pace and urgency, ensuring all deadlines are met
- A calm and positive manner, and will work collaboratively to find solutions to challenges
- Good organisation to ensure a high level of efficiency and output
- Self motivation with the ability to work autonomously
- Sound IT and presentation skills
