We are seeking a diligent and experienced motor claims handler to join our client's team. As a crucial member of our organisation, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our motor insurance claims from inception to resolution. Additionally, your keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry. **The Role**:
**So, what will you be doing as a**n Insurance Motor Claims Handler**?**
- Adding and updating of claims information within our claims management system.
- Work with key divisional contacts to ensure claims are investigated and progressed through the relevant claims management process.
- Collation of key claims information and documentation.
- Liaison with key suppliers Loss Adjuster, Insurers, accident management and Solicitor panels as required to support the management of claims.
- Providing ad-hoc support and guidance to fleet managers and claims co-ordinators within each business division.
- Provision of supporting documents and outlay evidence to solicitors for the purposes of uninsured loss recoveries.
- Checking of repair invoices against estimates and authorization and processing of payments.
- Monitoring of claims to ensure repairs, recoveries etc are achieved in a timely manner.
- Being a point of contact for Motor Insurance queries.
- Production of motor insurance letters to confirm driving experience.
- Recognition of circumstances that require further investigation - i.e. adverse/high risk factors, fraud etc.
- Ability to provide ad hoc reports.

- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Claims handling experience (Preferably Motor Claims)
- CII qualification would be advantageous.
